Puro Amore

Adelmo Fornaciari a.k.a. Zucchero is along with Lucio Battisti and Pino Daniele my favorite Italian musicians. Great compositor, excellent guitarist and blessed with a literally divine voice, he has collaborated with prime rock and blues stars, such as Sting, Eric Clapton, Joe Cocker, B.B. King and many others. His ability to combine lyrics in English and Italian language have made him popular outside his country, something very rare for an Italian artist.

Dolores O’Riordan was the absolute female rock singer. Leader of the Irish band Cranberries, she was the compositor and lyricist of tenths of great songs, among them the eternal anthem Zombie, one of the best rock songs ever written. Before leaving us forever at the age of 46, she offered us numerous monumental live shows initially as a member of Cranberries and later as a solo performer.

The two great artists have met during the early 00´s and they co-wrote this magnificent song, called Pure love. Enjoy it, because “we will never get this moment back again”.
