{"id":9576,"date":"2023-06-24T12:58:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-24T10:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/?p=9576"},"modified":"2023-06-24T12:58:10","modified_gmt":"2023-06-24T10:58:10","slug":"roasted-apricots-with-blueberries-pistachios-and-whipped-cream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/it\/roasted-apricots-with-blueberries-pistachios-and-whipped-cream\/","title":{"rendered":"albicocche al forno con mirtilli, pistacchi e panna montata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><em><em>Dolci semplici, facili e golosissimi! <\/em><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ingredienti (costo circa 4\u20ac pp)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g di albicocche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g di mirtilli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g di burro, tagliato a cubetti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 g di zucchero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g di pistacchi, tritati grossolanamente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g di miele<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>succo di 1\/2 limone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g panna montata<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Avevo dei mirtilli, che ho deciso di usare come ripieno per le albicocche. I mirtilli, non solo conferiscono complessit\u00e0 al gusto del dessert, ma ne elevano anche l'aspetto visivo, aggiungendo una sfumatura viola ai colori di base arancione e verde del piatto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quindi, tagliamo le albicocche a met\u00e0, togliamo i noccioli e le disponiamo su una pirofila, con il lato tagliato verso l'alto. Aggiungiamo il burro, il miele e il succo di limone, poi spolveriamo con lo zucchero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mescoliamo con le mani in modo che le albicocche siano ben ricoperte dal burro e dallo zucchero, copriamo la pirofila con un foglio di alluminio e cuociamo a forno preriscaldato a 170\u00b0, fino a quando le albicocche iniziano a ammorbidirsi e rilasciano i loro succhi interni \u2013 circa 30 minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando ci\u00f2 accade, togliamo la pirofila dal forno, farciamo le cavit\u00e0 delle albicocche con i mirtilli e aggiungiamo sopra i pistacchi tritati. Se ci sono rimasti pi\u00f9 mirtilli e pistacchi, li sistemiamo nel piatto tra le albicocche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rimettiamo la pirofila in forno, questa volta scoperta, e cuociamo per altri 5-10 minuti, finch\u00e9 la superficie dei pistacchi sar\u00e0 leggermente croccante e la parte superiore dei frutti inizia a caramellare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima di servire le albicocche montiamo la panna e la mettiamo in una sac \u00e0 poche  munita di una bocchetta a stella.
