Durante la cottura o poco dopo arrostisco anche spicchi d'aglio interi, cipolline, porri, melanzane, pomodori, pomodorini, peperoni, zucchine ecc. e poi li conservo in frigo. Possono essere conservati per molti giorni (anche se l'USDA consiglia di conservarli per 5 giorni, io non li tengo pi\u00f9 di 4) in frigorifero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per il piatto di oggi ci serviranno cipolline, pomodorini e un peperone. Tenete presente che le cipolle hanno bisogno di pi\u00f9 tempo rispetto alle altre verdure e richiedono anche un ambiente pi\u00f9 umido. Quindi, prepariamo le cipolle coperte con il coperchio della teglia o con un foglio di alluminio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo aver preparato tutte le verdure, la realizzazione del piatto \u00e8 molto semplice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per prima cosa mettiamo le olive e i capperi in abbondante acqua fresca e li lasciamo in ammollo per almeno un'ora. In questo modo riduciamo il sale e i cattivi odori su entrambi.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tagliamo il peperone a dadini e lo mettiamo con le fettine di aglio in una padella fredda insieme a dell'olio d'oliva. Portiamo a fuoco dolce fino a quando l'aglio diventa leggermente dorato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo in una pentola con acqua bollente salata cuociamo i gamberi. Occorrono circa 3 minuti se non sono pelati e solo 20 secondi se sono pelati.
