Soprattutto i gamberi. Il classico spiedino gamberi-pancetta ne \u00e8 un esempio caratteristico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I carciofi sono ottimi con entrambi questi ingredienti, quindi quando ne ho trovati alcuni al mio mercato preferito ho iniziato a pensare a come prepararli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quindi prima di tutto dobbiamo preparare la pasta fresca e i carciofi. Sapete gi\u00e0 che abbiamo un articolo molto analitico sulla pasta fresca, quindi leggete <a href=\"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/it\/the-encyclopaedia-of-fresh-pasta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a> come preparare la pasta dei maltagliati. Abbiamo anche imparato a sbucciare ed elaborare i carciofi, basta un clic <a href=\"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/it\/risotto-with-artichokes-coppa-and-chervil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a> se non ricordate come. Dopo aver completato questi compiti mettiamo i pomodori secchi in acqua tiepida.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portiamo a bollore una pentola con acqua salata e cuociamo i gamberi per 2 minuti. Le togliamo e aggiungiamo i carciofi. Abbassiamo la temperatura a media e li facciamo bollire per circa 10 minuti, finch\u00e9 sono teneri. Sbucciamo i gamberi e teniamo il tutto da parte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo in una padella fredda mettiamo lo speck. Portiamo a fuoco dolce finch\u00e9 lo speck non diventa croccante. Soffriggiamo l'aglio fino a doratura e aggiungiamo i pomodori secchi e lo speck croccante, tagliato a pezzetti.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I maltagliatti sono il formato di pasta fresca pi\u00f9 facile da realizzare. Di solito sono triangoli o quadrati o triangoli e quadrati o strisce, o quello che vogliamo!!!!! L'unica cosa che dobbiamo fare attenzione \u00e8 che i maltagliati abbiano lo stesso spessore, in modo da essere bolliti in modo uniforme. Quindi con un tagliapizza tagliamo a triangoli o quadrati, oppure a strisce  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We reheat the water and we add the maltagliati. We cook them for a couple of minutes. We strain them and we carry them in the pan with the garlic, the tomato and the speck. We also add the artichokes and the chopped parsley.
