Impariamo come elaborare la xufa <a href=\"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/it\/orxata-valenciana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo aver preparato un' orxata SENZA ZUCCHERO N\u00c9 MIELE con 250 g di xufa, tritiamo finemente il pane a briciole molto piccole (le pi\u00f9 piccole possibili), le mettiamo nel \u201clatte\u201d di xufa con l'aglio e le lasciamo in ammollo per almeno 6 ore (meglio durante la notte) ALL'INTERNO DEL FRIGORIFERO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trascorso questo tempo, aggiungiamo l'aceto, l'olio di semi di girasole e controlliamo il sale. Mescoliamo bene, li passiamo da un cornetto cinese e mettiamo la nostra zuppa in frigo, fino al momento di servirla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quel punto tagliamo delle palline di melone e facciamo soffriggere dolcemente il jam\u00f3n fino al punto in cui riusciamo a romperlo a pezzetti molto piccoli.
