Li lasciamo fino a quando non saranno completamente teneri, circa 45-60 minuti. A fuoco vivo aggiungiamo la carota tagliata a dadini, la togliamo quando \u00e8 mediamente morbida e aggiungiamo le cipolle per qualche minuto, finch\u00e9 sono tenere. Le togliamo e aggiungiamo i pomodori (con una croce in superficie) per un minuto, in modo da pelarli. Trasferiamo i pomodori in una pentola con acqua fredda e riduciamo il brodo a circa 200 ml. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preriscaldiamo molto bene una padella, aggiungiamo dell'olio d'oliva e facciamo rosolare i tentacoli. Li togliamo e aggiungiamo carota e cipolla per solo 1 minuto, vogliamo solo che siano dorate anche loro. Togliamole, aggiungiamo un filo d'olio, il peperoncino e i pomodori pelati (le parti solide) tagliati a pezzetti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo, in una pentola capiente con acqua salata lessiamo le tagliatelle per circa 1-2 minuti. Le trasferiamo nella padella con i pomodori, aggiungiamo carota e cipolla, il brodo ridotto, sale e magari ancora un filo d'olio.
