{"id":4903,"date":"2021-11-27T11:20:07","date_gmt":"2021-11-27T09:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/?p=4903"},"modified":"2021-11-27T11:43:35","modified_gmt":"2021-11-27T09:43:35","slug":"stuffed-red-peppers-with-bulgur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/it\/stuffed-red-peppers-with-bulgur\/","title":{"rendered":"peperoni rossi ripieni di grano spezzato e mandorle"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><em>Ehi Lawrence, portami il cammello, per favore!!<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ingredienti per 4 porzioni (costo circa 2 \u20ac ap)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6 peperoni rossi relativamente piccoli <\/li><li>Sale<\/li><li>150 g di grano spezzato<\/li><li>0,8 litri di brodo vegetale<\/li><li>1 cipolla media<\/li><li>30-40 uvette nere piccole<\/li><li>1 cucchiaino di cumino macinato<\/li><li>Olio d\u00b4 oliva EV<\/li><li>Prezzemolo o coriandolo tritati<\/li><li>1 peperoncino, tritato<\/li><li>mandorle tostate tagliate a fettine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Il bulgur (o grano spezzato) \u00e8 un cereale che lo possiamo trovare in tante versioni, scottato e non, integrale o non e anche in pi\u00f9 dimensioni. Quindi, vi consiglio, la prima volta che preparate questo piatto con un tipo specifico di bulgur, di utilizzarne una quantit\u00e0 maggiore di quella qui indicata (e fate lo stesso anche con il brodo) in modo da ottenere un ripieno sufficiente per i vostri peperoni , in quanto il grano non pre-cotto avr\u00e0 peso e volume finali totalmente diversi rispetto a un pre-cotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il bulgur \u00e8 molto comune nei paesi arabi, dove viene prodotto in molti modi. \u00c8 ottimo anche se impastato con farina comune per far parte di preparazioni dolci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iniziamo con i peperoni. Li laviamo, li tagliamo in verticale e togliamo i semi, le vene e la placenta. Li saliamo bene internamente e li lasciamo con la parte tagliata verso il basso per circa un'ora in modo che eliminino gran parte dei loro liquidi e diventino teneri. Li laviamo nuovamente internamente per eliminare il sale in eccesso e mettiamo da parte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In una padella facciamo scaldare un po' d'olio d'oliva e aggiungiamo la cipolla tritata e il cumino. Facciamo soffriggere dolcemente fino a quando la cipolla diventa trasparente. Aggiungiamo il grano e poco alla volta il brodo caldo. Vi suggerisco di seguire per la prima volta le istruzioni della confezione per il tempo richiesto, in quanto il bulgur pre-cotto ha bisogno di meno tempo.
