But in Spain, it is also well known the &#8220;mar i terra&#8221;,  the combination of a vegetable or other vegetal ingredient with seafood. Today\u00b4s dish is a classic mar i terra, it is too easy to prepare and very, very, very tasty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wild mushrooms. What a product!!!!!! They need just some minutes to be prepared and they can be combined with almost everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, In a pot of very hot salted water we boil the small shrimps in two batches for 3 minutes. We drain them and keep them aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We add some EV sunflower oil and we gently fry the onion. We remove it when tender, we raise the temperature to high and we saut\u00e9 the mushrooms for about 3 to 4 minutes.
