Non \u00e8 stupendo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Ti ammiri, Narciso?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 No, sto ammirando questo fantastico piatto!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2013 Che \u00e8 fatto da te, ovviamente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vaffanculo, anche uno stupido, come te, pu\u00f2 preparare questo piatto. I colori degli ingredienti sono quelli che lo rendono bello, non l'elaborazione del cuoco. Tieni presente che per questo piatto la qualit\u00e0 degli ingredienti \u00e8 fondamentale, quindi cerca di trovare olive biologiche e artigianali di prima qualit\u00e0 e pesce fresco del Mediterraneo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima di tutto mettiamo i capperi e le olive in abbondante acqua fredda, in modo da togliere l'eccessiva salsedine e il cattivo odore dei conservanti. Li lasciamo in ammollo per un'ora, meglio ancora per una notte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sbucciamo la cipolla e la tagliamo orizzontalmente a cerchi. Puliamo i peperoni e li tagliamo orizzontalmente a fette circolari, eliminando i semi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preriscaldiamo una padella con olio d'oliva e aggiungiamo i cerchi di cipolla e peperoni. Facciamo soffriggere a fuoco lento per circa 2 minuti e aggiungiamo le olive, i capperi (senza l'acqua di ammollo ovviamente), altro olio d'oliva e 100 ml di acqua. Abbassiamo la temperatura e lasciamo sobbollire finch\u00e9 le verdure diventano tenere, aggiungendo acqua se necessario.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preriscaldiamo un wok o una padella con abbondante olio di semi di girasole EV e a fuoco alto facciamo soffriggere 3 triglie ogni volta.
