Non posso scordare un piatto eccellente di \u201cgnocchi con burro e salvia\u201d che avevo mangiato in Veneto parecchi anni fa. Era la notte in cui mi\u00b4innamorai dei gnocchi.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Immagino  che abbiate gi\u00e0 capito che adoro la salvia, visto che la uso  in molti dei piatti che preparo. Infatti, la considero l' erba aromatica migliore \u2013 effettivamente dopo, il re, cio\u00e8 il basilico \u2013 che \u00e8 l'erba aromatica per eccellenza. La salvia pu\u00f3 essere usata in vari modi in cucina. Ci sono, in effetti variet\u00e1 che producono persino piccoli frutti, pieni di gusto. Comunque, parleremo di queste cose a tempo debito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avendo pasta fresca in frigo, abbiamo l'opportunit\u00e0 di creare velocemente, gustosi e presentabili piatti. Come? Non sapete come preparare pasta fresca? Ma, non avete letto, la nostra guida rispettiva? Allora, la potete trovare <a href=\"https:\/\/democraticgourmet.com\/it\/the-encyclopaedia-of-fresh-pasta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mafaldine o reginette sono formati di pasta non tanto comuni. Si fanno con pasta sfoglia relativamente spessa, tagliata con un tagliapasta ondulato. Se non avete un utensile cos\u00ec, potete tranquillamente formare delle pappardelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come prima cosa, prepariamo la salsa. Quindi, cominciamo con la padella fredda, scaldiamo il burro, la maggioranza dei fogli di salvia e il spicchio d\u00b4aglio, gi\u00e0 schiacciato con la sua camicia. Appena l'aglio e la salvia diventano dorati, li scartiamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riempiamo una pentola di acqua salata e la portiamo a bollore. Togliamo il guscio dei gamberi, lasciando la loro testa e li facciamo bollire per qualche minuto. Tagliamo le code di quattro gamberi in piccoli pezzi e li aggiungiamo alla salsa di burro.
