Fresh and live leaves are a sign of carrot freshness!<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ingredienti per 4 porzioni (costo circa 3 \u20ac ap)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g already cooked chickpeas (not canned, soldier Ryan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 gamberi medi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 piccola cipolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 small red pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olio d\u00b4 oliva EV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml di acqua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrot leaves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemon rind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepe Nero Grosso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We have in front of us 8 very sexy fresh shrimps. We can either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Leave them whole and make the dish more attractive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Take off the heads and prepare with them a magnificent stock, that will turn our dish to extra savoury. I choosed this option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, meanwhile: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I prepared the stock <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I confited the onion, till transparent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I made an oil with the carrot leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I roasted a pepper. I have used Florina pepper, a local variety with very thin skin. If you can not find them, use a red pepper but take off the peel because it is not well digestible.
